Posted by Gord Bloye on Friday, May 7, 2010, In : Target 195

Another milestone reached...

Posted by Rina Thibault on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, In : Stress Management
With the hectic upcoming holiday season we are experiencing the effects of stress on our life in mental and physical health. This is reciprocated in an increase of blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, etc. Society copes with these daily stresses by ignoring it and letting it dwell within to let it fruit into trees of depression and exhaustion or through medication, and in some cases it causes more harm than good.
