In our last newsletter we discussed the benefits of proper breathing in Yoga.  We looked at as a society we generally don’t know how to cultivate proper breathing and is projected in several ways: physically, through our posture, and mentally, how we handle stressful situations. We also looked at how proper breathing can bring about a clear mind.
